Q: What can I use the Mimslyn Inn Gift Card for?
A: The Mimslyn Inn gift card can be used for a dining experience in our Circa'31 or Speakeasy Restaurant, hotel accommodations in our newly renovated guestrooms or for merchandise located in our lobby gift shop.
Q: Is there a minimum dollar amount or quantity of gift cards I am required to purchase?
A: You can purchase as many gift cards as you would like in whatever denomination is best for you.
The cards only need to be purchased in $1.00 increments.
Q: Is there an expiration date on gift cards?
A: We make giving easy. The gift cards are valid one year from date of issue. Promotional gift cards (such as the “Give a Gift, Get a Gift” Promotion) expire on other dates . Please call for the expiration date should you have a promotional gift card.
Q: What are the restrictions on gift cards?
A: Gift cards are not credit or debit cards and have no implied warranties. Gift cards are redeemable for purchases only. Any unused value remains on the gift card and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Mimslyn Inn is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized use.
Q: How is my order shipped?
A: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday will be processed the following business day. Please allow 48 hours for processing.
Q: What is your return policy on gift cards?
A: All gift cards are non-refundable for cash.
