Interior Image of Restaurant For years, The Mimslyn was known for its pan-fried chicken, country fried ham and apples, club sandwiches taller than the Webster’s Dictionary, and pies straight from heaven. Circa ‘31’s menu includes a few of those favorites, as well as fresh and savory dishes very characteristic of today. Local ingredients and seasonal produce are blended into delicious creations complimented by our freshly baked breads, delightful desserts, and impressive wine selection. Circa ’31 serves a classic breakfast (complimentary to our overnight guests), traditional luncheon fare, and elegant dinners. This space is perfect for both intimate and large gatherings.

The new smoke-free restaurant and bar also serves fresh and interesting comfort food like chicken pie, meatloaf, pulled pork sandwiches, homemade soups, and delicious salads.

Complete your weekend with a lavish Sunday Brunch served in our main dining room, Circa ’31. Relax in an elegant setting while enjoying one of Luray’s most favorite brunch buffets. The menu is ever changing as Chef Mellar, specializing in upscale Southern cuisine, surprises the palate with seasonal dishes. Our signature breads, muffins and other sweet treats are prepared daily by Pastry Chef, Sabre. Brunch is served every Sunday from10:30am-2:00pm. Reservations are recommended.

The dress code for dinner in Circa '31 is smart casual; shirt and tie are recommended. For a more casual dining experience, please visit the Speakeasy Tavern. Circa '31 breakfast and lunch are casual. Reservations are recommended for lunch and dinner. Room service is available during meal hours.
